When a teen's big feelings are healthy
Sadness and worrying are a healthy and natural part of being a teen, and the ability to experience these feelings and learn how to cope with them is developmentally necessary. CNN spoke with Lisa Damour, author of "The Emotional Lives of Teenagers."
