Yale and Harvard law schools part ways with U.S. News & World Report rankings

Heather Gerken, dean of Yale Law School, announced that the school will no longer participate in U.S. News & World Report's annual list of top law schools -- criticizing the publication's methodology and arguing that the list actively perpetuates disparities in law schools.
