9-year-old describes escaping out a window during the Uvalde school shooting as anger mounts over law enforcement's response

As a gunman entered an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, last week and began firing, one student says his teacher -- wounded by bullets -- had to text 911 for help after a phone call did not go through.
